Skills Development
Children truly benefit from the skills development activities that they do on daily basis. Some of which include playing with play dough, beading, squeezing and cooking. By manipulating different kinds of materials with their hands, their fine motor skills are slowly strengthening.
In CLC, we adopt a Montessori inspired approach for developing the children’s fine and gross motor skills. However, we do not use the Montessori techniques concerning behavior nor the methods of teaching. Also, CLC gives a high priority to teaching children self-help skills starting at the youngest age possible.
